With over 15 years of experience, I work alongside adults, couples, caregivers, and first responders navigating some of life’s most complex and tender challenges — including trauma, grief and loss, chronic or terminal illness, infertility, and women’s issues.

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and deeply person-centered. I meet each person exactly where they are, holding space for their story while helping them rediscover resilience, meaning, and hope. My work draws from evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, Clinical Hypnosis, Narrative Therapy, and Advanced Mind-Body Medicine, always tailored to the unique needs of the individual in front of me.

As a Certified Thanatologist and trained death doula, I bring specialized insight into end-of-life care, complicated grief, and the sacred work of accompanying others through transition. My many years in violence intervention have also shaped a trauma-informed lens rooted in safety, dignity, and deep respect for those who have experienced traumatic grief.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Tulane University and a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California.

If you're seeking a therapist who will walk with you — not ahead of you — I’d be honored to connect.
