I believe one of the most impactful parts of the therapy experience can be the relationship developed between the therapist and client. I would be honored to share in this process with you in the space that we create together. I root myself in a liberational, relational-cultural theoretical approach.

I work with individuals across the lifespan as well as relationships navigating a variety of issues such as life transitions, grief, identity, and social concerns. I am passionate about working with the queer and trans community and I welcome any variety of relational structure.

I strive to operate from a trauma-informed lens and hold somatic awareness of the way experiences manifest in our physical form. I think it is important to break down oppressive societal ideals to their systemic levels to identify how they are affecting our day to day and compromising our authenticity. With this insight we can envision what can be shifted in hopes of living a life that feels more empowered, fulfilling, and engaging.

Looking for counseling can be a stressful and difficult process. I want to acknowledge that you are already putting in effort for yourself by being here and reading this. Whether we choose to work together or not, I hope you find what you’re looking for.
