In Person
Telehealth in Lousiana

My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive space where you can safely explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and move towards meaningful life changes. I recognize that therapy is deeply personal and offer a non-judgmental, authentic perspective through which we can work together toward your goals.

Integrating cognitive behavioral, somatic, and liberation-based therapy, I help clients identify patterns that may be contributing to challenges and emotional distress, while recognizing the ways in which relationships, systems, and lived experiences impact wellbeing. I believe in a holistic approach to health in which healing involves both the mind and body. I integrate practical coping tools with body-based awareness to supportemotional regulation, resilience, and healing.

I work alongside adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, challenges with self-esteem and identity, trauma, PTSD, grief, chronic illness, and major life changes.

Additionally, I integrate my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with my counseling approach to offer counseling on leadership development, career changes, and other job-related problems. I am also a member of the queer community and am LGBQTIA+ affirming, anti-racist, sex positive, kink friendly, affirming of ethical non-monogamy, and body positive.
