Evan Maier
I believe therapy is most meaningful when it feels collaborative, affirming, and deeply human. My approach is holistic and systems-oriented, recognizing how our relationships, environments, identities, and lived experiences shape the ways we move through the world.
My work is informed by somatic and Internal Family Systems approaches, with a focus on self-awareness, emotional understanding, and healing through connection and curiosity rather than shame or resentment. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and I value working collaboratively to support the goals and growth that feel most meaningful to them.
I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds, including non-monogamous/polyamorous individuals, couples, and families. I’m especially interested in relationships, interpersonal dynamics, and the inner systems that influence how we relate to ourselves and others. Above all, I aim to meet clients with warmth, authenticity, and compassion as they navigate life's difficult challenges and moments of profound growth, and would be honored to work with you.
