I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self and feel welcomed, respected, and understood. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and inclusive environment where people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences feel safe to explore what brings them to therapy.

Empowerment is at the center of my work as a therapist. Rather than seeing myself as the “expert” in your life, I see therapy as a collaborative process where you come to settle in your own lived experiences and regain authority over your own life. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence in yourself and your decisions, and feel more empowered to navigate your life in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and person-centered: incorporating modern psychodynamic and intersectional perspectives. I work with clients across the lifespan and aim to create a supportive space where you can deepen your self-understanding, explore patterns and experiences with compassion, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I am committed to LGBTQ+ affirming and anti-racist practices, and I recognize that our identities do not exist separately from one another. I believe in acknowledging the ways intersecting identities shape our experiences and our relationships with the systems around us. I approach this work with curiosity, cultural humility, and a commitment to examining the ways systems of power and oppression can impact our lives.
