my practice:
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Whether you're a teen sorting through big emotions or an adult juggling too much, therapy can be a place to finally exhale. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck or overwhelmed. You might be managing anxiety or depression, facing grief or chronic illness, or trying to stay afloat during a life transition. What once felt manageable now feels exhausting. These struggles can affect your relationships, your sense of self, and your ability to enjoy life. You want to feel more stable and connected, and you’re ready for a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay.
In our work together, you can expect a space that feels warm, welcoming, and grounded in real connection. I’ll meet you with care and curiosity, not judgment. We’ll go at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I draw from mindfulness, relational therapy, and strengths-based approaches to support healing in a way that feels real and sustainable.
I received my MSSW from Columbia University. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, grief, identity, family conflict, and life transitions. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ clients and people in postpartum or caregiving roles. My approach draws from Cognitive Processing Therapy, Strengths-Based and Person-Centered frameworks, and is grounded in a Person-In-Environment perspective. I incorporate mindfulness, relational therapy, and collaborative approaches to create a space that is attuned, affirming, and responsive to your unique needs. If you're looking for a therapist who listens deeply, I’d be honored to support you. Reach out today for a free 15-minute consultation.
