my practice:

You may be a community-focused free-thinker looking to find your rhythm.

Maybe you are finding connection difficult in today’s world.

Maybe you are looking for a safe space to be yourself.

In my work with clients, I prioritize fostering an environment that encourages authenticity and courage. In our work, we will explore the systems that we currently find ourselves in with intention and liberation-minded focus. Through collaboration, we work to establish strength and healing. There is always space to learn more and grow.

I will most often use a narrative therapy lens to explore what stories of your life make the most impact for you, and how you’d care to rewrite them. I believe strongly that every client is their own greatest teacher, and I look forward to learning more about you and from you.

I received my Master’s degree in May 2025, from Loyola University in New Orleans, and I am currently a Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been working in Ethical Non-Monogamy circles for over 13 years and have a focus on social-justice-informed practice.
